Today was a day of writing letters (black and red) and preparing for cooking day in Kinder. Tomorrow, I am in charge of making lunch for the Kinder kids. I chose to make Shel-丼, something I created a few years ago when I had leftovers from making tacos.
It’s not very hard except for making the meat. That was today’s job.
I hope the kids will like it! It’s a little bit spicy, but we’ll add ketchup tomorrow to balance it out.
To change the subject, I went to Co-op to buy some stuff for cooking. I could hardly walk!
The ice on the streets was awful! I know how to ice skate and even then I was scared!
Moms and dads, please drive carefully tomorrow morning!
It’s days like these that makes me happy I don’t have to drive a car, and especially a bus!
P.S. I heard yesterday that my former school had a “possible” visit from Black Santa. Good job Black Santa! The kids will be really happy and will start using their imaginations!
P.P.S. I hate walking on icy sidewalks…
